Charles Weiser is a globally experienced CEO and non-executive director with more than two decades in high-growth, regulated and technology-enabled sectors.
He has led organisations through transformation and industry disruption, including as CEO of RAMS Home Loans, where he reshaped Australia’s mortgage landscape, and as Executive Director of UBank, guiding its early digital expansion. Earlier, as Managing Director of British Airways’ Global Partnerships, he redefined the airline’s loyalty strategy and established it as a global leader.
Charles has served on boards for more than twenty years, including as a non-executive director of the UK-listed Paragon Bank PLC, and is currently a director of Campbell Page Ltd. He brings deep understanding of governance, risk and transformation gained through leading organisations at the intersection of technology, regulation and customer trust.
Charles works with client leadership executives, teams and boards to strengthen leadership readiness, cultural alignment and strategic performance. Drawing on lived executive experience, he helps leaders build adaptive, customer-centred organisations that thrive amid change. Known for his calm, incisive and reflective style, he enables leaders to see complexity clearly, make confident decisions and lead with both commercial discipline and human insight.
Charles is a very keen and equally not-very-good golfer. He’s also passionate about the arts in all their forms.
