Charles Weiser

Charles is a globally experienced CEO, board director and executive with a career spanning aviation, banking, fintech and telecommunications, working across both major corporates and private equity-backed ventures.

Operating in highly complex and regulated industries, Charles is recognised for having disrupted multiple sectors through the businesses he has led.

Charles has deep expertise in developing and deploying strategies through the innovative use of data and emerging AI technologies to help organisations innovate, grow and deliver positive human outcomes. His work extends beyond technology to enabling the cultural change required for AI adoption and strengthening executive capability to lead confidently in an era of intelligent technology.

In Australia, as CEO of RAMS Home Loans, he disrupted the Australian mortgage market and as Executive Director of UBank, he was instrumental in growing the business during its formative years. Earlier in Europe, as Managing Director of British Airways’ Global Partnerships business, Charles was credited with defining the modern loyalty industry and establishing BA as a global leader in the field.

Across these and other leadership roles, he has consistently applied technology-led strategies to reshape industries and create enduring competitive advantage.

Charles has served on boards for 20 years, including as a non-executive director of publicly listed UK FTSE bank The Paragon Bank PLC and currently as a director of the not-for-profit Campbell Page Ltd. He has also served as a member of the investment committee of The Silverfern Group, a privately owned global investment firm.

Having been a CEO and board director across aviation, banking, fintech and telecoms, Charles brings extensive global experience and a deep understanding of the cultural and leadership dynamics CEOs, executives and boards navigate.
